A Passion For Cakes From The Beginning

As a little girl growing up in Staten Island I had a passion for baking. When I was 15, I got my first job decorating cakes at a local ice cream store. For years after that I've made and decorated cakes for my family and friends, but it wasn't until after the birth of my twin boys that I realized I had true talent and I should turn my hobby into something more. The joy I get out of seeing my children's faces when they see their birthday cake for the first time; whether it be a giant carousel cake, or one that looks like their favorite super hero, is priceless. My hope is that every one of my customers has that same reaction when they see the cake I've made especially for them. Thank you to all my family and friends who had confidence in me and pushed me to make my dreams a reality.
